What are your shipment handling times? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Sunday, excluding major holidays). We work diligently to prepare your personalized gifts with care, ensuring they reflect the thought and meaning you intend.

What is the estimated transit/shipping time? The estimated transit/shipping time is 3-5 business days within the continental US. We ship Monday–Sunday to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Currently, we offer FREE shipping on all orders within the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is the estimated delivery time? Combining processing and transit, the estimated total delivery time is 4-7 business days for orders within the US. This allows time for careful crafting of your custom items and reliable delivery.

Do I get a tracking number with my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a post-purchase email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking section on our site (visit our tracking page here or use the link provided in your email). For any tracking questions, reach out to us at support@oraclegifts.com. Our support team aims to respond within 12 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).

How are items packaged? Every item is thoughtfully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care with personalized products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to bring joy and meaning to your space or loved ones.

What method will be used to ship my item? We ship via standard ground shipping for reliable and efficient delivery. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. We primarily use FedEx, but may use UPS, USPS, or another trusted carrier depending on your location and order details.

Who will deliver my order? FedEx is our primary carrier, but UPS, USPS, or another available courier may handle delivery based on your shipping address and service availability.

I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before it has been processed and shipped) for a full refund. Simply email us at support@oraclegifts.com with your order number. Our team will confirm and process the cancellation promptly.

My order arrived damaged, defective, or missing. What do I do? We're sorry for any inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send photos of the issue to support@oraclegifts.com, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. For missing packages where tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with your local carrier first.

I ordered several items—why did they arrive in multiple shipments? We strive to ship everything together in one package. Occasionally, orders may ship in multiple packages due to product availability, vendor-direct fulfillment, or large order sizes. Rest assured, there's no extra charge for split shipments.

I received the wrong item. What do I do? We apologize for the mix-up. Contact us right away at support@oraclegifts.com with details and photos. We'll send the correct item promptly and provide a prepaid return label so you can send back the incorrect one at no cost. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

When will my credit card be charged? Your card is charged immediately upon order submission to secure your personalized items and begin processing.

What are your payment options? We currently accept Visa and Mastercard through secure checkout (via Shopify Payments for fast, reliable processing).
